When we Feed the Poor in Spokane it is such a Joy to give to the Poor! We ask those that would like to Volunteer you can participate by buying non perishable foods for the Poor when you go grocery shopping and bring it to Church and we go out to distribute it to the Poor on a Regular basis.
First John 3:17-18 says
If we have this world’s goods and see our brother has need, and we shut up our compassion from him, how does the Love of God dwell in us? We are not to love in word and tongue, but in deed and in truth.
Foreign Missions
The 2010 Earthquake that hit Haiti devastated the Nation. Many parents died in the Earthquake leaving their Children behind with no one to care for them. A local Pastor who is from Haiti provides Housing, Food, Clothing and education for these Orphan Children. We have sent Financial Support to this Orphanage for several years. This is a Photo of the Children. They are very grateful for our help and support. One particular time we sent a Check and the Pastor said we fed the Children for the entire week!
